The Outlaws competed at this banked 4/10-mile clay oval from 1985 until 2003 and then took a decade-long break, returning last year.  Joey Saldana, driver of the Motter Equipment HE&M Saw Beltline Body Shop 71M, drove to victory at Kings Speedway in 2000.

Last year the Motter team notched a sixth place finish here.

The team will roll into Hanford sixth in Outlaws point standings.  Saldana

has driven to nine top 10 finishes in 12 races and leads the tour with the most quick times totaling five.  The veteran shoe has also set two track records in the young season.

“We have a quick, fast car,” said the Brownsburg Bullet, “and thanks to the hard work of our team, we seem to be gaining a good measure of consistency.

“We are competitive and a threat to win every time we pull to the starting line.  We are looking forward to a good showing at Hanford.”

The Outlaws teams will make a late night run after Hanford to its only southern California appearance Saturday, April 12 at Perris Auto Speedway where the team will host veterans from Workshops for Warriors, special guests of associate sponsor HE&M Saw.
