Roseville, CA — (May 12, 2014) — If you are a fan of the Calistoga Speedway then there is a good chance you have heard of or visited the Napa Valley’s oldest bar. Located at 1365 Lincoln Ave, Susie’s Bar has operated in Calistoga for over 50 years and has been the number one post-race destination for years.
This year, owners Josh Blakeley and Frank Kibbish are getting reacquainted with the sprint car fans at Calistoga Speedway. Not only is Susie’s Bar now a sponsor of the Calistoga Speedway, but Susie’s will be recognized on both event tickets for the Wine Country Classic in June and the Louie Vermeil Classic over Labor Day Weekend. HMC Promotions has hired Randy Frank to design the Wine Country Classic t-shirt and Susie’s Bar will be featured on the hood of the depicted sprint car.
Susie’s bar is open seven days a week. Monday through Friday they are open noon to 2 am. Saturday and Sunday hours are from 10 am to 2 am. Susie’s reopened in April and now features 16 beers on tap, expanded pool table area, upstairs lounge with dart boards, 6 large screen TV’s for all your sport’s needs. The bar is in walking distance from the fairgrounds and they are looking forward to seeing all the fans after the races.
