Perris, CA — (March 31, 2015) — In just a little over two weeks’ time on Saturday, April 18th, the legendary World of Outlaw Sprint Car Series will be making its one and only 2015 appearance in Southern California at Perris Auto Speedway. Fans who go online or call to buy a reserved ticket in advance to see the world’s fastest dirt track sprint cars, will receive a free “Fan Pit Pass.” Joining the World of Outlaws at the So. Cal. Showdown will be the USAC/CRA Sprint Cars and the PAS Senior Sprints.

Advance tickets including the free “Fan Pit Pass” for the World of Outlaws at Perris Auto Speedway can be ordered via phone or online at 1-877-395-8606 or http://dirtcar.ticketforce.com/ordertickets.asp?p=558&backurl=default.asp

Currently in the midst of their annual early season west coast swing, the April 18th date at The PAS will be the final one for the Outlaws before heading east for a majority of the summer. Their next appearance in Southern California will not be until the spring of 2016.

“The World of Outlaws are kind of like the circus coming to town,” 20th season Perris Auto Speedway promoter Don Kazarian said on Tuesday morning. “The come in, put on a show and then head on down the road to the next town. If you miss them here on the 18th, you will not see them back in the Los Angeles/San Diego area until next year.”

The “Fan Pit Pass” will allow the fans an unprecedented up close look at the cars and the drivers in the heat of the action. They can see the cars and drivers up close, get autographs, take photos and buy merchandise straight from the teams. That is pretty much unheard of today in all forms of sports including racing.

“Can you imagine trying to walk into the dugout to congratulate a player after he hit a homerun at a major league stadium,” Kazarian asked? “You could not. You would be arrested. With the “Fan Pit Pass” for the World of Outlaws show, win, lose or draw, you can see the star drivers and famous cars as soon as they come off the racetrack. It has proved to be very exciting with our fans the past few years. We are happy we can allow them to enjoy this experience.”

All of the top Outlaw stars including 6-time series champ Donny Schatz of Minot, North Dakota, Owasso, Oklahoma’s Daryn Pittman who won the 2013 championship, Brownsburg, Indiana’s Joey Saldana who won the race at The PAS in 2014, Kraig Kinser of Bloomington, Indiana, Grass Valley, California’s Brad Sweet, Shane Stewart of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Australia’s Kerry Madsen will all be in action on the famous Riverside County half-mile clay oval.

The pits for the World of Outlaws show at Perris Auto Speedway will be on the paved area behind turn two. This will allow fans fast access from the seating area to the pits so they can watch the races and if they wish, hurry down to the pit area to see the cars and drivers. They will not have to miss a thing. Also, the track’s concession area and restrooms are in the same area.

Camping is available for $25.00 per night for all PAS events. The campground opens at noon the day before each event. Tailgating in the spectator parking lot will begin at 1:00 PM for all PAS events as well.
