Jackson, MN — (March 2, 2016) — Jackson Motorplex is coming along diligently as the 2016 season nears.

“We have had a few weather challenges the past few months and have also experienced a lack of urgency on the previous contractor’s part,” Jackson Motorplex Owner Tod Quiring said.

In an effort to speed up the renovation process Jackson Motorplex has hired Kuhlman Welding of Spirit Lake, Iowa, to complete the entire bleacher seating project. Additionally, ASI Contracting of Emmetsburg, Iowa, will be assisting in completing the project and Andy Welp Construction is the general contractor on the 20 luxury suites, which are expected to arrive in mid-March.

“I’m super confident in the abilities of Kevin Kuhlman of Kuhlman Welding, Todd Lundgren of ASI Contracting and Andy Welp of Andy Welp Construction to get this project back on schedule and ready for the opening event,” Quiring said. “I look for Jackson Motorplex to make huge progress in the next 60 days.”

Jackson Motorplex kicks off the 2016 season on May 13 with the Folkens Brothers Trucking Spring Nationals.
