Waynesfield, OH — (June 10, 2016) — Race fans have the opportunity to get up close and personal with the weekend warriors Saturday night at Waynesfield Raceway Park in Waynesfield, Ohio. The first “Meet the Drivers” night of the 2016 season will feature a guest appearance from the K&L Ready Mix NRA Sprint Invaders. Saturday’s visit for the NRA Sprints will be the first outside of their home track due to rains that have washed away much of the early season. The Satellite Connections Non Wing Sprints, Performance Powder Coating AMSA Mini Sprints, Block Insurance Tough Trucks, and the Indian Lake Outfitter Compacts also join the program. Saturday’s full program of racing is presented by the Howard Johnson Inn of Lima, offering racers a great place to stay at a discounted rate. Adult general admission for Saturday’s event is just $12. Kids ages 11-15 are admitted for $6 with everyone under the age of ten admitted for free. Pit admittance is $25. Pit side gates swing open at 4PM; grandstands at 5PM. Cars hit the racing surface for hot laps at 6PM. Driver autographs will follow hot laps with racing being pushed back to a 7:30PM start time.
