MIDDLETOWN, N.Y. (October 23, 2016) — The season finale for the Capital Region Sprintcar Agency scheduled for Saturday night at the Orange County Fair Speedway was rained out. The event will not be rescheduled. With the cancellation Kyle Smith won the 2016 CRSA championship.
