Nearly a foot of rain has fallen at the Eagle Raceway in Eagle, Neb. this week, causing the track’s drainage system to collapse and backfill the infield with an estimated 300,000 gallons of water; effectively flooding out the June 1 Hinchman Racewear Eagle Nationals.
