Shark On Board with ASCS Northwest!

By Stacy Verrall

SEATTLE, Wash. (January 31, 2010) – Keep your eyes wide open and watch your step at the track this year. There’s been a Shark attack in the ASCS Northwest Region, and the dirt track lovin’ predator is hunting ASCS Northwest drivers.

Marc Huson, of Shark Racing Engines, is giving away a brand new Shark ASCS 360 Engine to one lucky northwest driver. To be eligible to win, drivers must make an attempt at competing in 100% of the scheduled 20 races on the ASCS Northwest 2010 calendar. A drawing will be held for all eligible drivers at the championship banquet (date and location TBA). Drivers must be present at the banquet to be considered for the prize.

“What a great deal for our teams,” declares Greg Burgess, ASCS Northwest Region Director. “Last year we had eight teams with perfect attendance. How often do you get a 1 in 8 chance of winning a $34,000 Shark Engine? Even if the ratio was three times what it was last year, it would still be great odds for any team!”

Burgess went on to say, “Marc and Shark Racing Engines have always been long time supporters of northwest racing and racers. It’s an honor to be teamed up with people like Marc who are dedicated to supporting the longevity of the sport we all love.”
