USCS Atlanta Motor Speedway Sprint Car Shootout DETAILS and PRE-ENTRY FORM

Atlanta, GA – August 5, 2013 – Event information and Pre-Entry forms for the Labor Day Weekend /Friday, August 30^th  Atlanta Motor Speedway USCS Sprint Car Shootout race on the ¼ mile paved oval located on the front straight-away of the 1 ½ mile is available at www.uscsracing.com .  A crowd of 30,000-35,000 people are expected to witness this first time event, in addition to the NASCAR Sprint Cup and Nationwide teams that will be in attendance for the Friday, August 30^th part of the NASCAR weekend. Practice and qualify rounds (USCS Sprint Car time trials plus USCS Sprint Car heat races) will occur from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm on Friday, August 30, 2013…The 50-lap USCS Sprint Car Shootout main event will be after the NASCAR Sprint Cup cars qualify on the 1 ½ mile oval for the “Advocare 500” on Sunday. Additionally that same weekend the USCS has two dirt race on Saturday August 31^st at Cleveland Speedway , Cleveland, Tennessee and on Sunday, September 1^st at Toccoa Speedway in Toccoa, Georgia that same weekend.

Atlanta Motor Speedway, Hampton – – (1/4 mile Paved Oval)

FRIDAY – August 30^th – 2013 (with NASCAR SPRINT CUP RACE)

 

PRELIMINARIES:

11:00 am until 2:00 pm – FRIDAY August 30^th

USCS Practice

USCS Time Trials

USCS Qualifying Heat Races

MAIN EVENT:

9:00 pm – 50-lap USCS Sprint Car A-MAIN Event  (Just after NASCAR Sprint Cup Qualifying.)

AMS USCS Sprint Car Shootout Payoff: $2000 to win 1300, 800, 700, 650, 600, 560, 540, 520, 500, 490, 480, 470, 460, 450 and $450 ….THRU 22^nd PLACE.…$200  to non-qualifiers

 

PLUS…,.$250 for fastest time trial qualifier.

PLUS…..$250 BONUS TO THE AMS Sprint Car Shootout WINNER

(IF THEY RACED AT THE USCS WATERMELON CAPITAL SPEEDWAY RACE ON JULY 20TH.)

$25 FOR USCS MEMBER DRIVERS….$50 FOR NON-MEMBER ENTRIES.

AFTER AUGUST 15, 2013

$50 FOR USCS MEMBER DRIVERS….$75  FOR NON-MEMBER ENTRIES

Right Rear = Hoosier M40, 2045, 2048, 2045 OR M50 or Harder

(Must time trial and run feature on the same right rear tire. (RR Tires will be marked!)
