When the 25th season opener of the very popular special events series takes place on Sunday, May 25 at Grandview Speedway, seven 25-lap features,  with no qualifying races, will be presented and this will be paired with a fan friendly $20 adult admission to the grandstand. On this special night to jump start the silver anniversary season, the 358 Modifieds and URC Sprint Cars will share the spotlight as each of these divisions will compete in a pair of 25-lap main events. Single 25-lap features are on the schedule for the ARDC Midgets, Sportsman, and Legend Cars. As a minimum of twenty cars will be starting each contest, over one-hundred drivers are expected in attendance.

On Sunday, May 25, all gates open at 5:00 PM with the first green flag waving at 7:30 PM. In addition to the $20 admission to the grandstands for adults, children between the ages of 6 and 11 are admitted for $10. Entry to the pits is priced at $30 per individual with a license and $35 without a license.  If necessary, Monday, May 26 has been reserved as the rain date with gates opening at 4:00 PM and a start time of 6:00 PM. Several additional fan activities are being planned and they will be announced shortly.

The victor of this contest will walk out of the speedway with a $6000 check. The ARDC wingless Midgets will complete the two-division program. Racing is set to start at 7:30 PM.

The Pennsylvania Sprint Speed Week Series invades Grandview Speedway on Tuesday, July 1 with the first of two appearances by the Pennsylvania Posse 410 Sprint Cars. Greg Hodnett, a four-time Thunder Series Sprint Champion, is expected to be back along with many of the other top competitors from the Central Pennsylvania circuit. The race card is rounded out by the Race of Champions Modifieds. The action for this event cranks up at 7:30 PM.

The always popular Traffic Jam for the Modifieds occurs on Tuesday, July 29. The 17th annual classic will be sanctioned by the Race of Champions in 2014. The 410 Sprint Cars return to complete the doubleheader bill. Racing gets revved up at 7:30 PM.
