LAVONIA, Ga. (August 16, 2019) – Justin Barger won the USCS Outlaw Thunder Tour presented by K&N Filters feature on Friday at Lavonia Speedway. Barger took the lead from Terry Gray and drove away for the victory. Mark Ruel Jr. was able to pass Gray for second. Gray, Johnny Bridges, and Tim Perry rounded out the top five.
