ATTICA, Ohio – Heavy thunderstorms struck in the late afternoon Friday forcing the cancellation of racing on Bud Light Night at Attica Raceway Park.
Ohio’s Finest Racing speedplant will host a big sprint car-late model double-header on Friday, July 29. The 30-lap feature for the O’Reilly Auto Parts 410 Sprints will pay $3,000 to win! It is a Kistler Racing Products Fremont Attica Sprint Title (FAST) Championship Series points race and as the heat of the summer builds, so does the battle for the $10,000 FAST prize. Attica will start 22 cars in the feature event as well.
But it won’t all be about sprint cars, as the Sunoco American Late Model Series will also be in competition in a 30-lap $3,000-to-win affair. Attica will also add two starting spots to the feature for the Fultz Fabrications and Speed Shop UMP Late Models for a 22-car starting field.
The Fremont Fence & Guardrail 305 Sprints will also be in competition on Quality Welding/Ohio Logistics Night.
