PAUL MAY TAKES FIRST CAREER IRA SPRINT CAR WIN

WILMOT, Wisc. (Aug. 20, 2012) – Paul May led all 36 laps to win the Roger Iles Tribute in the Bumper to Bumper IRA Outlaw Sprints race at Wilmot Raceway.

It was the first career IRA victory for May.

The event drew a field of 22 starters and all of them raced on Goodyear tires. Goodyear is the Official Tire Company of the series.

Greg Wilson finished second and he closed on May late in the going to make the finish close. Bill Wirth, Scott Neitzel and Mike Reinke capped the top five finishers.
