Columbus, MS – (October 17, 2012) – Ten-time and defending United Sprint Car Series Outlaw Thunder Tour presented by Goodyear National Champion, Terry Gray from Bartlett, Tennessee will have his familiar black #10 Rislone Engine Treatment sponsored winged sprint car on display for race fans to see from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm on Friday, October 19th at the O’Reilly Auto Parts store located at 1531 N Hwy 45 Frontage Rd, Columbus, Mississippi.
This appearance is just prior to the kickoff of this weekend’s USCS Fall Brawl 2012 at Magnolia Motor Speedway. Gray and the 2011 season www.rockauto.com USCS 600 Sprint Car Series mini sprint National Champion and current 2012 points leader, Bobby Zaiontz from Columbus, Mississippi will both be at the O’Reilly Auto Parts Stores located at with their cars and available to meet and greet fans and available for autographs. Additionally on display will be the blue #80 winged sprint car of the 2010 USCS National Rookie of the Year, 19 year-old female driver Morgan Turpen from Oakland, Tennessee.
Zaiontz will be in action on Friday, October 19th at 8pm when the United Speed Contest Sanction (USCS) kicks off action in the USCS Fall Brawl 2012 with action in two of its sanctioned divisions. On Friday night, the K&N Filters USCS Modified Touring Series “Outlaw” Modifieds and the www.rockauto.com USCS 600 Sprint Car Series winged mini sprints both contest a full racing program of dashes, qualifying time trials and heat races plus main events. Friday night also offers drivers in the USCS Outlaw Sprint Car, Super Late Model, Nesmith Late Mode, Street Stock and Mini Stock racing divisions a chance to test and tune for Saturday nights big finals. Grandstand admission on Friday night is only $5.00. On Saturday night all seven racing divisions will be competing for $30,000 in prize money on the action-packed USCS Fall Brawl 2012 Finals racing card with dashes, time trial and heat race qualifying and main events in each division.
