From Curtis WhalinEagle Jet Top Gun Sprint series will make their first appearance at Putnam County Speedway in Palatka, FL on Saturday, March 16th. Everyone is looking for an exciting night of racing on the newly remodeled 3/8’s mile semi banked clay oval.
Last week’s feature winner, Gene Lasker, will be trying to make it two in a row, but Shane Kreidler, Danny Martin and AJ Maddox are also strong contenders. The ‘Jeff’ Barfield Clean Sweep award will roll to $200.00 at Putnam County for the driver winning his heat and the feature event.
RAD, or Race Against Drugs Stay on Track Activity books will be given to children attending the races to encourage them to live drug free and healthier lives.
Putnam County Speedway pit gates will open at 3:00 pm, grandstands at 4:00 pm and racing starts at 6:00pm. Come join us for a full night of racing with the DAARA Antiques, Sportsmen, Hobby Stock, Thunder Stock, and Mini Stock classes.
