Gravel Set for First Trip to California; Continues to Fill-In for the Injured Bill Rose

He has been looking for the right opportunity to race in the Golden State for the past few years. That chance will come this week as he makes his California debut at Thunderbowl Raceway as he continues to fill-in for the injured Bill Rose in the Fire Text Response Maxim on the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series circuit.

Tony Stewart Racing Duo Begins Nine-Race Swing in California

One of the best things about the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series schedule is there’s always another chance to race coming up soon. With a schedule that includes more than 85 nights of action, it’s easy to see why drivers and teams who are part of “The Greatest Show on Dirt” love the opportunity to compete. With a half-dozen events in the books, Tony Stewart Racing’s (TSR) Donny Schatz and Steve Kinser are geared up for five consecutive weekends in the Golden State beginning Friday and Saturday at the always-entertaining Thunderbowl Raceway in Tulare, Calif.

TULARE USAC WEST COAST SPRINT DOUBLEHEADER STARTS THIS FRIDAY

This Friday, March 15th, the point season with the USAC West Coast Sprint Cars will open with a special doubleheader at Tulare’s Thunderbowl Raceway. Joining the action will be the famed World of Outlaw Sprint Cars and IMCA Modifieds (Friday only). The Front Gates will open at 4:00pm with Racing at the lightning fast 1/3-mile to start at 7:00pm.
