Park City, Kansas – June 9, 2013 – Former tour champion Jeremy Campbell will lead the National Championship Racing Association of Park City, Kansas presented by Precise Racing Products sprint car division to 81 Speedway in Park City this coming Father’s Day Sunday night as part of the tracks “Hoosier Daddy/Bill Hall Memorial.” This exciting night will also be “Steve King Foundation” night at the speedway. The series modified division will also be competing.
Three events have been held thus far on the 2013 race season for the tour with Jason Johnson and C.J. Johnson (81 Speedway) and Campbell (RPM Speedway) all taking victories thus far this season.
Campbell’s point lead isn’t safe as veteran Danny Wood of Norman, Oklahoma sits just five points out of the lead and in second place while Mike Peters is just ten points out. C.J. Johnson and Jeff Stasa round out the top five in the current point standings.
Other tour regulars expected include Luke Cranston, Jon Freeman, Marc Robe, Joshua Hodges and Justin Schwien. Out of town non-tour regulars also expected to compete for the $2000 to win first place prize include; Danny Jennings, Adam Gullion, Taylor Velasquez and Sean McClelland.
Over thirty drivers from a three state area are expected to be on hand.
Gates open at 4:00 PM with racing set for a 7:00 PM start time. Grandstand admission tickets are just $15 for ages 11 and up; $5 for children ages 6-10.
Attention all drivers competing: Hot laps will start at 5:00 PM so make sure to check in early as the night will be packed with various events that night at the speedway.

Since 1971 the NCRA has sanctioned dirt track races across the Great Plains with the series currently sanctioning five other divisions. They include modifieds, southern sport modifieds, late models, 360 sprint cars, 305 sprint cars and new mod lites. The 2013 season for the National Championship Racing Association is the 43rd anniversary season with races scheduled at sixteen different race tracks across Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Texas and Missouri.
