(Perris, CA, JUNE 30, 2014) Residents of the City of Perris will be admitted free to Perris Auto Speedway when the popular Riverside County racing facility celebrates Independence Day this Friday, July 4th, with a night of sprint car racing and the biggest and best Fireworks show in Riverside County. Presented by the City of Perris and Budweiser, spectator gates will open at 3:00 PM and racing will start at 7:00. The fireworks extravaganza will take place around 9:00 PM.
“City of Perris residents can show their driver’s license or a utility bill at the ticket booth and they will get in free,” promoter Don Kazarian said. “Every year this is a present from the City of Perris, one of the presenting sponsors of the show, to its citizens. It works very well for the racetrack as it exposes locals to the racing and the facility and they become regular fans.”
In addition to the great racing provided by the Amsoil USAC/CRA Sprint Cars, PAS Senior & Young Gun Sprints and the California Lightning Sprint Cars, the night sky will light up with a brilliant intermission fireworks show produced by Pyro Spectaculars Sam Bruggema. The sensational display in the night sky will be choreographed with patriotic music and is titled, “Land of the Free, Home of the Brave.”

Before the racing starts, early arriving fans will have plenty to do. All of the cars and drivers will be parked on the front straightaway and fans will be able to come onto the track, to get autographs, take photos and meet all of the star racers. There will be games for the kids to play along with the drivers and a live band. A spectacular fly over will open the racing portion of the show. In addition to the regular track concessions, the “Hollywood Legend,” Pink’s Hot Dogs, will also be on sale for the holiday crowd.
There will be games like the water balloon toss for kids to compete with and against the drivers and they will be able to mingle with the drivers and the crews this this Friday, July 4th at Perris Auto Speedway.
