California, MO — (November 26, 2014) — Wingless Auto Racing series director Andy Korte is happy to announce the addition of a second region to the non-winged sanctioning body.
WAR East will be a division of WAR with its own points championship and with most races being run east of the Mississippi River. WAR East will be led by Kenny Dobson, who is the promoter at both the Quincy Raceways and Lincoln Speedway in Illinois. Dobson also serves as the series director of the MOWA 410 winged sprint group in Illinois.
Dobson is currently working on the schedule for 2015 and it will be released once it is completed. Most races will be in Illinois or eastern Missouri with a few co-sanctioned races with WAR.
