Bloomington, IN — (June 19, 2015) — Heavy rain caused by the after effects of Tropical Storm Bill have forced Bloomington Speedway officials to cancel the event scheduled for Friday. Next Friday night Bloomington will hold the Sheldon Kinser Memorial with a $3,000 to win sprint car feature.
