Atlanta, GA – (March 25, 2016) – The 20th Anniversary USCS Outlaw Thunder Tour presented by K&N Filters for the Fayetteville, Georgia based United Sprint Car Series makes its first of two stops during the 2016 racing season at Bubba Raceway Park on Saturday, April 2nd. The 130 mile per hour USCS winged Outlaw style sprint cars headline the exciting racing event that also includes a challenge event between the www.rockauto.com USCS 600 Sprint Car Series and Florida Mini Sprint Action winged mini sprints.

Saturday night’s racing card will see a complete action-packed format including test and tune hot laps, a Hoosier Tire Speed Dash, qualifying heat races and Championship final main events for the USCS Outlaw Thunder Tour presented by K&N Filters winged sprint cars and the www.rockauto.com USCS 600 Sprint Car Series vs. FMSA mini sprints. The track’s popular E-MOD division also joins the action with a full racing program of their own..

The USCS and FMSA co-sanctioned mini sprint showdown pits the regionally touring www.rockauto.com USCS 600 Sprint Car Series winged mini sprints against their Florida counterparts from the Florida Mini Sprint Action series.

Fans can expect a talent laden field in both divisions. The United Sprint Car Series drivers entered include 2015 and defending National Champion, Morgan Turpen from Cordova, Tennessee who is the top ranked female sprint car drive in North America.

Also entered is Turpen’s team-mate and eleven time USCS National Champion Terry Gray from Bartlett, Tennessee who ranked in second place in the final 2015 USCS National point standings.

Some of the other USCS regulars who are traveling to Bubba Raceway Park on Saturday, April 2nd include 2015 USCS Rookie of the Year, Nick Snyder from Marco Island, Florida who finished third in the National standings as well. The 2012 USCS Rookie of the Year, Jeff Willingham who finished fourth in the National standings last season is also and headed to Bubba’s Raceway next weekend. Eric Riggins, Jr. from Charlotte, North Carolina who finished in a tight battle with Turpen and Gray for the USCS Southern Thunder regional series Championship is entered. Riggins had four 2015 feature wins.

The USCS regulars will have their hands full with a challenge from several Florida drivers who have previously won sprint car races at Bubba Raceway Park including former USCS regular Danny Martin, Jr. who won three times in 2015 USCS competition including the October 16, 2015 event at BRP.

Several others expected to be in contention for a stop in the www.rockauto.com USCS Victory Lane this weekend are recent BRP winner Garrett Green plus Matt Kurtz, A.J. Maddox
