(Hanford, CA)- Another exciting night of racing is slated for Friday night at the Keller Auto Speedway at the Kings County Fairgrounds as the King of King’s Winged 360’s return for the second installment of the 2nd Annual Battle For The Milk Can, as well as the IMCA Mods and IMCA Sport Mods.
Steven Tiner has been the man to beat in the 360ci division as he comes into Friday nights event with two consecutive wins to his credit. Tiner comes into Friday’s event looking for his third straight win but is expected to have again have some stiff competition with Blake Robertson, DJ Netto, Gio Scelzi, Michael Faccinto, Dalton Hill, Craig Stidham, Mitchell Faccinto, Colin Markle, and many more expected to be on hand.
Friday’s event will off the winner a cool $2,000 top prize with the feature event paying $200 just to start.
The IMCA Mod event also has some extra cash on the line. Should the car count reach 15 and beyond the winner of the feature event will pocket $750 and if the car count is at 14 or less, the winner will still take home a$600.
The last tow IMCA Mod events have been exciting with Cody Laney and Bobby Hogge each having a win to their credit.
Nick Spainhoward has been on a terror in the IMCA Sport Mod division, and like Steven Tiner in the sprint car division, comes into Friday’s event looking for his third consecutive win.
The front gates are set to open at 5pm, with the first race scheduled to go green by 7pm. Tickets on Friday’s event are available for $15 for Adult General Admission, and Students and Seniors will be admitted for $12. As always, those fans five and under will be admitted at no cost.
ON TAP- The Keller Auto Speedway will take this weekend off before coming back with another action packed night of racing on May 13th with the second installment of the Battle For The Milk Can with the King of Kings Winged 360’s, as well as the IMCA Mods and IMCA Sport Mods.
