With one Dirt Classic Golden Ticket handed out thus far in 2016, the second ticket becomes available on June 11th at Lincoln Speedway during what is shaping up to be an eventful night during the Dirt Classic Showcase, and we are excited to announce that Leffler Energy has come on board as the event’s presenting sponsor.
“We are really excited about partnering with the Dirt Classic for this event,” Leffler Energy General Manager, Steve Weidner said. “We have a great relationship with Lincoln Speedway, and the magnitude of this event, their consistent crowd, and the field of drivers it just made sense for us to come on board.”
With roots in Pennsylvania, Leffler Energy has recently come into the Sprint Car world as a marketing partner with Pennsylvania legend, Fred Rahmer’s RBR Motorsports team, making them a great fit for the Dirt Classic Showcase presented by Leffler Energy.
“As a company we are also taking advantage of this night of racing and making it ‘Leffler Energy Night at the Races’, so our employees can get to their first race, and see what we have been involved in,” Weidner added.
Providing oil and petroleum products and services to homes, businesses, government agencies, and agricultural operations throughout central and eastern Pennsylvania, Leffler Energy is committed to providing customers with one standard of excellence and a superior level of service, and making sure its customers stay comfortable all year long.
During the night of racing, there will be Leffler Energy trucks on display so on lookers can get more information about the company.
With Leffler Energy’s commitment to excellence and superior level of service, mixed with the brand of racing that takes place at all Dirt Classic events, this is a partnership both parties look forward to for years to come.
The Dirt Classic Showcase presented by Leffler Energy that is slated for June 11th at the Lincoln Speedway will offer up a unique format that will certainly entertain fans all night long, and give one driver a Golden Ticket into September 24th‘s Dirt Classic paying $20,000-to-win, and $1,000-to-start where they will join Terry McCarl, who locked in during the I-80 Dirt Classic event.
Taking a page out of the Front Row Challenge, the Dirt Classic Showcase presented by Leffler Energy will offer a cool $7,000 to the winner, and a Golden Ticket into the Dirt Classic, but there is also a chance for more money to be made.
Starting with the pole sitter, the driver will be offered $1,000 to start at the tail end of the field, with $100 per car passed up for grabs until they reach the Top-Five. Once inside the Top-5 the ante is upped, and some serious money is up for grabs, with a possible $15,000 paycheck along with a Golden Ticket to the Dirt Classic up for grabs should they pull of the win.
The process of offering the challenge will move through the starting line up until someone accepts. Should the driver who takes the challenge not win, the winner will still receive $7,000 and the Golden Ticket. Stay tuned for a more complete format for this unique event.
