CANTON, Ill. (September 10, 2016) — The Midwest Open Wheel Association portion of the Tom Knowles Memorial at Spoon River Speedway was rained out. Right after the announcement that Spoon River was cancelled MOWA announced they are competing tonight at Jacksonville Speedway with D2 Midgets as the support division.
