MILL HALL, Pa. (April 19, 2019) – The season opening program scheduled for Friday at Clinton County Motor Speedway featuring the Laurel Highlands Sprint Car Series was rained out. The Laurel Highlands series will try again to open the season next Friday night at Clinton County.
