CHICO, CA (March 13, 2020) — The season opening event Friday at Silver Dollar Speedway is on with certain restrictions from the state of California. Following guidelines set by the State of California only the first 250 people will be allowed into the grandstands to attend tonight’s show. People attending this event must sit six feet apart.
