Race fans are always on the look out for a unique or good deal on a souvenir to take home during their trip to Eldora Speedway for the Kings Royal. One of the best places to get both is the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame and Museum auction on Saturday in the multi-purpose building outside of turn three at 2:30 p.m.

Donny Schatz is having a season for the ages. Not since the days of the prime of Steve Kinser and Doug Wolfgang has a driver rolled through the sprint car world like Schatz has this season. Kokomo USAC event postponed until August 26th

Tonight’s resumption of the Kokomo Speedway Indiana Sprint Week AMSOIL USAC Sprint race has again been postponed by rain and will now be completed on Wednesday night, August 26 as the opening event of this year’s “Sprint Car Smackdown” at the Kokomo track. Rains forced the initial postponement at Kokomo last Saturday night during the semi feature. The August event will include the semi and the feature to complete that program.

Bell wins POWRi feature at Belle-Clair

Christopher Bell earned his fifth POWRi Lucas Oil National Midget Series victory of 2015. Involved in an incident early one, Bell came from the back to claim the 30 lap event on the high-banked 1/5th mile Belle-Clair Speedway for the National Midget portion of the “Battle at Belle-Vegas III.” Aaron Andruskevitch of Riverton, Illinois survived an action-packed, 20 lap feature event to snag his second POWRi Speedway Motors 600cc Outlaw Micro Series victory of 2015.
