GLSS Kicks off Sprint Car Week in Michigan Friday at I-96 Speedway
The Great Lakes Super Sprints Presented by PERFIT & ARP (GLSS) are back in action this Friday night at I-96 Speedway. The first scheduled trip to West Michigan was washed away in April, leaving this post-Memorial Day show as the appetizer for a busy week of Sprint Car racing in Michigan.

Ricky Lewis takes GLTS win at I-96 Speedway
Camarillo, California’s Ricky Lewis chased Korbyn Hayslett for 15 laps in the 25 lap feature at I-96 Speedway and took the top spot on lap 16 and didn’t look back taking the checkers in the Great Lakes Traditional Sprint win Friday night. Following Lewis at the stripe was Steve Irwin, Jess Vermillion, Jakeb Boxell and Korbyn Hayslett.

Saturday Test and Tune at I-96 Cancelled
The Test & Tune scheduled for Saturday, March 21st at I-96 Speedway has been cancelled. Already saturated grounds and colder-than-forecasted temperatures have led to this decision. All teams and race cars are still welcome and invited to attend the track’s upcoming Test & Tune dates on Sunday, April 12th, and Sunday, April 19th.
