Hartford, OH — Rain showers started late morning on Friday and with rain in the forecast throughout the day and night, the decision was made to cancel the April 22 “Friday Night Thunder” program. It was the third cancellation in four weeks. A decision regarding Saturday night’s “Steel Valley Thunder” program will be made later Saturday morning.

Hopefully the second installment of “Friday Night Thunder” will take place next Saturday, April 29 featuring the Ti22 Performance Outlaw Sprint Warriors, Summit Racing Equipment Econo Mods, Joe’s Radiator/Uni-Tech Frame Straightening Mod Lites, Micro Sprints, Uni-Tech Frame Straightening/Joe’s Radiator Sportsman Dwarf Cars, and the Mini Late Models. Race time is 7:30 p.m. Stay tuned regarding any possible future make-up nights for the “Friday Night Thunder” program.
