NCRA Hutchinson Grand Nationals Rescheduled

July 6, 2010 – Midwest City, Oklahoma – Staff and officials of the O’Reilly Auto Parts National Championship Racing Association have announced the makeup date for the 54th annual Hutchinson Grand Nationals at the Kansas State Fairgrounds in Hutchinson, Kansas. Heavy rain forced postponement of Saturday nights championship finale.

The Hutchinson Grand Nationals championship finale has been rescheduled for Saturday night, August 7th, featuring the O’Reilly/NCRA modified north and sprint car divisions. The southern modifieds will not be competing.

In the O’Reilly/NCRA sprint car division, Danny Jennings won Friday nights Hutch Nationals weekend opener and has secured the pole position for the Grand Nationals finale. Jason Martin of (Liberal), Jeremy Campbell (Wichita), Aaron Berryhill (Broken Arrow, Oklahoma) and Sherman Davis rounded out the top five and will make up the inside first five rows.

2008 O’Reilly/NCRA modified north champion Marc Hurd (Wichita) was declared the winner of Friday nights event at the Hutchinson Grand Nationals and will start on the pole position. Brian Powers (Wichita), Greg Stephens (Wichita), Ryan McAninch (Wichita) and Dan Danials (Humboldt) will make up the inside first five rows in Saturday nights Hutchinson Grand Nationals finale.
