SELINSGROVE, Pa. – Kyle Bachman of Selinsgrove completed 14 of 15 laps in
the pro stock feature before heavy rain wiped out the remainder of Saturday
night’s feature races for the 358 sprint cars, late models, and roadrunners
at Selinsgrove Speedway.
Bachman was declared the winner of the race, which marked his first victory
of the season and the 31st of his career in a pro stock at the track. The
30-lap summer championship for late models will be run on Saturday, July
31, with the 12-lap roadrunner feature rescheduled for Saturday, Aug. 7.
The makeup date for the 25-lap 358 sprint car feature will be announced
next week.
In addition to the rescheduled summer championship for late models, the
division will also compete in the regularly scheduled heats and 25-lap
feature plus a complete program of qualifying and main events for the 358
sprint cars, pro stocks, and roadrunners at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, July 31.
Track gates will open at 5 p.m.
