After an absence of three seasons; Sprintcars are set to this Saturday night (February 12) make their long awaited return to Gunnedah Speedway in North Western NSW.
An impressive field of close to 20 Sprintcars will invade the Gunnedah Speedway venue that is going to include a range of the best drivers from throughout the state of New South Wales that includes hotshot Mark Blyton from the Western NSW region of Dubbo, along with a number of travelling drivers such as Rodney Bright, Andrew Wright, Glen Saville and Anthony Vysma from around the Newcastle and Sydney areas.
Despite their limited appearances over the years; the Sprintcars, which produce a massive 800 horsepower from their 410ci engines and reach speeds of up to 150km/h, are always a hit with the Gunnedah Speedway fans and this Saturday night should certainly be no exception.

There is certainly going to be no better place this Saturday night in and around the North Western NSW region than Gunnedah Speedway and its going to be highlighted by the return of the breathtaking and mighty Sprintcars.
