Atwood, N 5/30/11 – Tim Crawley from Benton, Arkansas raced the #88 Ward Racing, Lucas Oil and Boatersports sponsored winged sprint car to his third United Sprint Car Series presented by Goodyear Speedweek 2011 win in three nights at Clayhill Motorsports. Crawley started fifth and worked his wy to the runner-up spot over the first six laps. He then chased Jerrod Hull from Sikeston, Missouri for the next 22 laps. On lap 28 while both were dealing with lapped traffic Crawley charged past Hull to reach the www.RockAuto.com USCS victory lane for the fourth night in a row in USCS holiday weekend competition. The only caution was on lap 20 while Hull led.
Jerrod Hull held on to the runner-up spot at the finish in the 30-lap main event. Jeff Swindell from Bartlett, Tennessee collected the final podim position in third place.Defending series Champion, Terry Gray from Bartlett, Tennessee crossed the line in fourth place. The 2008 USCS Rookie of the Year, Anthony Nicholson from Bartlett, Tennessee rounded out the top five.
The series moves West into Arkansas to Beebe Speedway in Beebe, Arkansas for USCS Sprint Speedweek Round #4 on Thursday evening at 8pm.
