Sarver, PA (March 8, 2012) Over 40 cars were rolled into the Clearview Mall on Route 8 North in Butler Wednesday night to be on display for the first of two Lernerville Speedway Car Shows. Representing all four divisions of Fab Four Racing, as well as a variety of support divisions, these cars will be on display until the end of business hours on Saturday Night.
The Rankin family, (Gary, Sheila and Bobbi), has all three of their Ti22 Performance DIRTcar Sprints on display. Chuck Sarver and Dan Swartzlander have their Precise Racing Products DIRTcar Late Models on display, while Dave Murdick, Mike Turner and Shawn Fleeger all have their Diehl Auto Group DIRTcar Modifieds on display.
As is usually the case at the Clearview Mall Car Show, the best represented division is the Millerstown Pic-A-Part DIRTcar Sportsman; with more cars on display than the other three divisions combined! Ryan Moyer is back with a brand new ride for 2012 and plans to run Lernerville Speedway on a weekly basis again this year. Joining Moyer at the car show are annual participants Terry Young, Scott Byers, Bob Egley, Joseph Heinl and Travis Walsh. Also on display are the new look rides of Wayne Carbo, Brett McDonald and Greg Beach.
Mike Pegher’s Lynn Geisler-owned FASTRAK Late Model is also on display, featuring the 30th Anniversary #1 Cochran logo to commemorate the longtime relationship between Lynn Geisler and #1 Cochran Automotive. Also representing the FASTRAK Late Models is Mike Anderson.
There are also a large variety of Micro Sprints, Mod Lites, Quads and Go Karts on display, as well as shows cars for both Blanket Hill Speedway and Neupert Raceway Park.
The cars will be on display until Saturday Night and pictures are posted on our Facebook Fanpage (www.facebook.com/pages/Lernerville-Speedway) where you can vote for your Fan Favorites of each division of Fab Four Racing. And as always, one of the voters will win a pair of tickets for Fab Four Racing’s Opening Night, scheduled for Friday, April 20.
The car show will head south to the Galleria of Pittsburgh Mills along Route 28 in Frazer Twp. next weekend for the second car show. Some of the same cars will be on display, in addition to some different cars that have yet to be seen! Your support and attendance at both car shows will be greatly appreciated!
