“IF THE RACE EVENT IS CANCELLED DUE TO RAIN OR OTHER WEATHER CONDITIONS PRIOR TO THE FINAL FEATURE EVENT OF THE EVENING, THE 50/50 TICKET WILL BE DRAW NEXT DAY AT THE SPEEDWAY ESSO GAS BAR AND THE WINNING NUMBER AND AMOUNT WILL BE POSTED ON THE OFFICIAL TRACK WEBSITE AT www.OHSWEKENSPEEDWAY.com. MONEY WILL BE HELD UNTIL CLAIMED OR UNTIL COMPLETION OF SEASON CHAMPIONSHIP EVENTS. IF THE MONEY IS NOT CLAIMED AT THAT POINT, THE CASH WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE WINNERS PORTION OF THE 50/50 DRAW HELD AT THE SATURDAY RUNNING OF THE CANADIAN SPRINT CAR NATIONALS. MONEY MAY BE CLAIMED BY CALLING 1-888-720-7223. TICKET STUB MUST BE PRESENTED TO CLAIM PRIZE MONEY. WINNERS NAME WILL BE POSTED ON THE WEBSITE WHEN CLAIM IS VERIFIED.
THE NIGHTLY 50/50 DRAW WILL BE HELD EACH EVENING PRIOR TO THE BEGINNING OF THE EVENINGS FINAL FEATURE EVENT. WINNERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CLAIM THEIR PRIZE IMMEDIATELY IN THE WINNERS CIRCLE FOR AN ON TRACK INTERVIEW. IF UNABLE TO MAKE IT ON TRACK, THE WINNING PATRON MAY CLAIM THEIR WINNINGS AT THE SOUVINER BOOTH. IN ALL CASES, THE WINNING TICKET STUB MUST BE IN POSESSION OF THE WINNER AT THE TIME OF CLAIMING THE PRIZE.

As you can see, this policy was initiated to cover weather conditions preventing the draw from being made before the crowd exited the speedway.
We have found the policy to be both fair and consistent to all fans and will continue to administer the 50 / 50 draw per the policy.
Plenty of Advanced Tickets still remain on sale for all events where reserved seating will be utilized. These include the Tony Stewart, and the World of Outlaws events. These tickets will remain on sale Monday through Wednesday during normal business hours at 1-888-720-7223 on a first come, first served basis until the Thursday, July 26. Requests for tickets may also be submitted via email to pelkiekj@ebtech.net (attention Cheryl) anytime by leaving your name and phone number(s) where you can be reached and a reply will be made to you at the earliest possible time. Please follow instructions to obtain your tickets as posted on the official website at www.ohswekenspeedway.com . The Speedway Ticket window will open at 12 noon on Monday, July 30 for walk up purchases. Until then a limited selection of tickets are available at Styres Gas Bar.

Weekly Friday Night Thunder at Ohsweken Speedway offers affordable, exciting, family entertainment just a short drive from many Mid-Western Ontario locations. Adult general admission is just $12, seniors and students are $10, while kids age 12 and under are FREE! (Prices are slightly higher for Special Events). Spectator gates open @ 6:00PM with the first race taking the green flag at 7:45!
