Rico Abreu is very excited to get back to Australia as he is set to make his second trip to the land down under kicking off on December 26th.
Spending much of his 2011 trip in Brisbane at Archerfield Speedway, Rico’s return trip will see him in completion during the Sydney Speedway Speedweek. Abreu will be very busy during his stay as he will be in action for six races in 11 nights.
“I’m very excited to get back to Australia,” Abreu said. “Last year was an amazing experience, and I’m hoping we can grab a couple wins while we are there.”
Making a splash last year as a huge fan favorite, Abreu was very competitive as he tallied a several podium finishes taking on some of the best from both America and Australia.
“We were really strong last year, and with another season under my belt I think we can be even better this year,” he continued.
Abreu will be in action at the Sydney Speedway on December 26th, 28th, 29th, and January 1st, 4th, and 5th before returning home.
