Spencer Bayston, Clayton Gaines and Cole Fehr have all announced their intention to contest the 2013 Mel Kenyon Midget Series Simpson World Indy Rookie of the Year award. The 17 year old Bayston hails from Lebanon (IN) while Fehr calls Coatesville (IN) home. Clayton Gaines is from Alexandria (IN).
