Since recording a top-ten at Williams Grove on Friday, Mother Nature has been a thorn in the side of the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Cars.  After the following night of action at Williams Grove was canceled, rain showers in the Middletown, NY area forced Sunday’s event to be moved to Monday as the Eyecon Trail Cameras #7 team returned to Orange County Fair Speedway since posting a 9th place run last May.

Set to go with 23 drivers signed into the pit area, Dollansky was the fourth car to qualify but mechanical issues while motoring down the backstretch on his opening lap forced him to pull in before completing a lap.  Able to make repairs, the Aggressive Hydraulics #7 did get one lap at the end of qualifying and posted the 15th fastest lap at 17.634 seconds.  Lining up inside row three of heat three, ‘The Crowd Pleaser’ battled with Kerry Madsen and finished 5th to transfer into the main event.

In the 25-lap A-Main the MobileStar backed sprinter took the green flag from inside row eight.  After losing three positions on the initial start, Dollansky ran eighteenth as the feature continued as everyone hugged the bottom.  With passing at a premium on the big 5/8-mile, the main event went green-to-checkered and proved to be all about the initial start as the #7 finished 18th.

The Eyecon Trail Cameras #7 team will now head to New Jersey for a stop at New Egypt Speedway tonight, May 21st.
