Sun Prairie, Wis., May 26–Rain forced cancellation of the POWRi Lucas Oil National Midget and Stark Automotive Group/Mid-State Equipment Badger Midget Series co-sanctioned “11th annual Sue Thiel Memorial” event, Sunday Night at Angell Park Speedway.
The next event for the POWRi will be the May 31 “Hut Hundred” at Tri-City Speedway, a co-sanctioned event with USAC. Badger action resumes with the four-race POWRi co-sanctioned Illinois Midget Week, starting on June 6 at Jacksonville Speedway. The next Angell Park Speedway event will be Sunday June 23, featuring USAC, POWRi and Badger, along with the Badger 600 Micros.
