Auburn, MI — (June 22, 2013) — Veteran driver Keith Love was air lifted to a local hospital after a crash during Michigan Traditional Sprint competition Friday night at Tri-City Speedway.
Witnesses to the accident said Love flipped and made contact with the some of the asphalt racing surface from the original paved track at Tri-City. MTS officials informed us that Love is currently listed in serious condition in a Saginaw area hospital.
Love has been racing for over 25 years in stock cars, modifieds, and sprint cars. His brother Ken was also a stand out sprint car racer and later a racing official.
