Washington, WV — (July 6, 2013) — Ohio Valley Speedway has cancelled Saturday night’s Ohio Valley Sprint Car Assocation event, making Mother Nature victorious in all four of this week’s OVSCA events. This coming weekend OVSCA features back in back to back action Friday at Beckley Motor Sports Complex and Saturday at I-77 Raceway Park.
