Tulsa, OK — (March 22, 2014) — Christopher Bell won the inaugural appearance of the Lucas Oil POWRi National Midget Car Series on Saturday night at Port City Raceway.  Bell waited out a rain delay before collecting the feature victory.  Tyler Thomas, Justin Peck, Brian McClelland, and Zach Daum rounded out the top five.
