Service information for legendary race car driver Tony Elliott was released on Monday. Elliott’s viewing and service will take place at Warsaw Community Church at 1855 S County Farm Rd, Warsaw, IN 46580. The viewing will take place on Sunday October 11 from 3:00 – 8:00 PM. The memorial service will be held on Monday October 12th at 10:00 AM with burial taking place at Oakwood Cemetery.
The family has requested in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the Tony Elliott Chili Bowl Memorial foundation. More information on this new foundation will be released in the coming days.
Elliott perished along with Charles Smith, Scott Smith, 44, and Scott Bibler in a plane crash Friday flying to the Notre Dame / Clemson football game at Clemson University. Elliott was 54 years old.
