Gary Taylor Gets Redemption in Waynesfield FAST Victory

Indianapolis, Indiana’s Gary Taylor was dejected after Friday’s race at Attica Raceway Park where he led a few laps and faded as the race went on, saying he made too many mistakes. He redeemed himself Saturday at Waynesfield Raceway Park, leading all 30 laps on NAPA Auto Parts of Fremont Night to score the Ti22 Performance FAST on Dirt win to maintain his series’ points lead.

Liggett Wins USAC Western States Midget Feature at Tulare

After a furious battle with Mitchel Moles, Austin Liggett (Linden, CA) inherited the lead on lap 15 and streaked to victory at Thunderbowl Raceway. Driving the family owned #83 Excel Environmental Services / Liggett Trucking Spike, Liggett earned his third career $1,200 USAC Western States Midget win over fast qualifier Ben Worth, Shannon McQueen, hard charger Jake Andreotti, and Moles.

Brody Roa Triumphs at Thunderbowl

In dominating fashion, “The Pride of Garden Grove” Brody Roa (Garden Grove, CA) nearly swept the USAC West Coast Sprint Car event at Thunderbowl Raceway. Racing the #8M Fastenal / Coopers Propane Maxim, Roa gave the May Motorsports team their first $1,500 series win ahead of D.J. Johnson, Austin Liggett, Ryan Timmons, and Kyle Edwards.
