This morning the Grays Harbor County Commissioners awarded the operations and promotions contract for Grays Harbor Raceway to Funtime Promotions of Burlington, Washington. Funtime Promotions is owned by Steve Beitler whose other interests include Skagit Speedway in Alger, WA.
