Officials with the Ameri-Flex / OCRS sprint car series and the Brill Motor Speedway have elected to move the date for the 2016 sprint car season opener to Saturday March 19th from the previously released date of March 26th.

The recently announced “Ameri-Flex Challenge” dash race has a place to call home. What will be the highest single paying race in the history of the Ameri-Flex / OCRS sprint car series, the Ameri-Flex Challenge will be held on September 3, 2016 at the Caney Valley Speedway in Caney Kansas.

It seems like it was just last month that the 14th season for the Ameri-Flex Hose & Accessories / Oil Capital Racing Series had begun. But as it does so often in life, time slips away and we now find ourselves reaching the end of line on the 2015 sprint car tour as it all comes to a close this Saturday night.

This Saturday night at the Oklahoma Sports Park in Ada, Oklahoma, the 9th Annual Oklahoma State Championship race for the Ameri-Flex / OCRS sprint cars will hit the racetrack in what is always one of the largest events on the racing calendar. This year’s edition is being presented by Dooling Machine Products.

Prior to the beginning of the Harold Leep Classic program on August 28th at the Outlaw Motor Speedway in Oktaha Oklahoma, several Ameri-Flex / OCRS drivers gathered in front of the grandstands to hear a special announcement that was waiting for them.

There are just four more events remaining on the Ameri-Flex Hose & Accessories / Oil Capital Racing Series sprint car schedule for 2015 and two of those will take place this Labor Day weekend as we head down the back stretch for the final time this season.
