It wasn’t the plan, but with Knoxville Raceway weathered out, the Brian Brown Racing Casey’s General Stores/FVP #21 team headed to the famed Eldora Speedway near Rossburg, Ohio for two nights with the World of Outlaws last weekend.

It was a successful return to the Knoxville Raceway for Brian Brown and Casey’s General Stores/FVP #21 team. After registering quick time, he suffered a mechanical problem in the heat. After winning the B, he put on a show, driving from 19th to 5th. This weekend, he will be pulling double duty at Knoxville.

Brian Brown and the Casey’s General Stores/FVP #21 claimed victory in the driver’s hometown of Grain Valley, Missouri last Friday night.

Brian Brown and the Casey’s General Stores/FVP #21 are back in familiar territory now as they have returned to the Midwest from their western swing with the World of Outlaws.

It had been a bit of a drought, but Brian Brown and the Casey’s General Stores/FVP #21 team picked up a much needed win in the state of California last Saturday night. The victory came at the Gary Jacob Memorial for Rebel Cup Series sprints at the King’s Speedway in Hanford. The Grain Valley, Missouri driver will return to Hanford Friday with the World of Outlaws before hitting the Perris Auto Speedway on Saturday.

It was a busy weekend for the Brian Brown Racing Casey’s General Stores/FVP #21. They traveled time zones to run eighth on Friday night with the World of Outlaws in Merced, California and with the NCRA on Saturday in Wichita, Kansas. This weekend, they plan on hitting California WoO stops in Antioch and Calistoga.

Few drivers if any will compete in California and Kansas in back to back nights this weekend, but Brian Brown will. He’ll continue his California swing with the World of Outlaws at Merced Speedway Friday, and fly back and compete in the $5,000 to win NCRA opener at 81 Speedway in Wichita on Saturday. Last weekend, Brian made both California feature fields in Stockton and Chico.

For almost any sprint car driver in the world, twelfth and thirteenth place finishes with the World of Outlaws would be a major thrill.

Brian Brown and the Casey’s General Stores/FVP #21 team head to the Dirt Track in Las Vegas Wednesday and Thursday night to compete with the World of Outlaws. They are coming off fifth and seventh place finishes with the Lucas Oil ASCS National series at Cocopah Speedway near Yuma, Arizona last weekend. Over two weeks the points they accumulated lead the ASCS series.

The season couldn’t have started better for Brian Brown and the Casey’s General Stores/FVP #21 team.
