The United Sprint Car Series (USCS) Outlaw Thunder Tour presented by K&N Filters invades Needmore Speedway in Norman Park, Georgia for the inaugural USCS Georgia Sprint Car Winter Nationals this coming Friday and Saturday, February 11th and 12th.
