Lincoln Speedway rained out
The program scheduled for Saturday at Lincoln Speedway was rained out.
Brian Montieth won again, his fifth Lincoln win and eighth overall win of 2015. And although he started on the pole, it was his dash win that may have made the difference.
And that was good, because it kept his elbows up in a 35-lap feature that paid $7,000 to win and an automatic starting spot in the September 26th Lincoln “Dirt Classic” paying $20,000 to win.
Krimes capitalized on a late-race spin by leader Danny Dietrich to score his first win of the season in the 30-lap Hilly Rife Memorial on Saturday.
And standing in victory lane for his third Lincoln win of the year and second win in two nights was Brian Montieth, who eats intensity for breakfast.
