Colton Fisher Caps Rough Week with Sprint Invaders Sweep in Quincy

Colton Fisher has had everything from truck issues this week to a destroyed sprint car on Friday. By Sunday night, he had a new car assembled and was flawless in a sweep at Quincy Raceway in Quincy, Illinois. The Danville, Iowa native earned $2,000 for his third career win with the Mohrfeld Solar Sprint Invaders, and his first at Quincy.

Sawyer Phillips Dominant at West Liberty with Sprint Invaders

With a tight point race headed into West Liberty Raceway in Iowa on Saturday night, Sawyer Phillips did all he could to climb the standings by winning convincingly in the Mohrfeld Solar Sprint Invaders main event. Brother Tasker Phillips would put on a show, by restarting on the tail early in the feature and climbing to second, but in the end, he had nothing for the leader.

Chris Martin Keeps on Rolling with Sprint Invaders in Oskaloosa

Chris Martin’s great runs as of late kept coming Thursday as he notched his fourth win of the year with the Mohrfeld Solar Sprint Invaders. This time came at the Southern Iowa Speedway in Oskaloosa on a night that drew a stout field of 30 sprint cars. The Ankeny, Iowa native swept the night, winning his heat, the Dash and the feature aboard his CMR #44.

Sprint Invaders Make History This Saturday at Hawkeye Downs

The Mohrfeld Solar Sprint Invaders will hit new territory this Saturday, October 4. The historic Hawkeye Downs Speedway in Cedar Rapids, Iowa will play host to the series for the first time. Dirt has been added to the quarter-mile oval, reviving interest in the racetrack for dirt track fans in the Midwest. “Dirt at the Downs” is running for a few weeks and is part of the 100th year of racing at the famous facility.

Hickle Uses Late Race Pass to Win Fall Haul

JJ Hickle made a late race move that sealed the win in the 30-lap $5,000 to win “Fall Haul” at the 34 Raceway in West Burlington, Iowa on Saturday. It was the second win of the season with the Mohrfeld Solar Sprint Invaders for the Quilcene, Washington native. Hickle’s move was a pass of Paul Nienhiser, who was making his first appearance with the series since suffering a back injury in July.

Schneiderman Pockets $4,000 for Sprint Invader Victory at Bloomfield

On paper, it was a sweep for Josh Schneiderman on Monday night at the Mt. Dew Bloomfield Speedway, and technically it was. But few who were in attendance will soon forget what they saw. A main event that saw six lead changes and three-wide battles for the lead had fans abuzz even after the checkers. In the end, the West Burlington, Iowa native stood in Victory Lane and pocketed over $4,200 on the night. It was Josh’s tenth career win with the series and his second in Bloomfield.

Paul Nienhiser Tames Peoria High Banks With Sprint Invaders

Paul Nienhiser picked up his third Sprint Invaders feature of the year, and the tenth in his career in impressive fashion Saturday night at the Peoria Speedway in Illinois. The Chapin, Illinois driver earned $2,000 for his win aboard the Scott Bonar #50.
